1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any feature of the rabetgame platform — including the casino, sports betting, slots, fish games, and promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all registered members and visitors of rabetgame. rabetgame reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. • You are not excluded, banned, or otherwise restricted from online gaming platforms.

rabetgame may request identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any balance held in that account will be subject to review in line with applicable policies.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

Each person may register only one account on rabetgame. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false personal details, including a false date of birth, name, or identity document, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Updating your account details if your personal information changes.
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any third party, including family members.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact rabetgame support immediately at [email protected]. Account sharing — knowingly allowing another person to log in and use your account — is not permitted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on rabetgame are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Deposits made using credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency are not accepted on this platform.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstance.

rabetgame reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or if identity verification has not been completed. In such cases, the relevant member will be notified.

Deposited funds are used for gaming activity on the platform. Funds that have not been wagered are subject to the standard withdrawal process and are not subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds, however, are governed by the specific terms of each promotional offer.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rabetgame offers promotional bonuses and rewards from time to time. Each promotion has its own set of terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are displayed on the Promotions page alongside each active offer.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.
• rabetgame reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus if abuse or irregularities are detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

rabetgame does not guarantee any specific bonus amounts, percentages, or timeframes beyond what is currently stated on the active promotions page. We do not make verbal or informal commitments about bonus values outside of the official platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on rabetgame — whether on casino games, sports markets, slots, or fish games — are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet before confirming it. rabetgame will not reverse a correctly placed bet due to a change of mind after confirmation.

Sports betting specific rules:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or result under dispute, bets will be settled in accordance with rabetgame's sports rules applicable to that market.
• In-play bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. Delay between live action and platform display does not affect bet settlement.
• rabetgame reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error. Affected members will be notified promptly.

Casino and slots games use certified random number generation. Results are independent of previous outcomes — there are no patterns, streaks, or cycles that can be predicted or exploited. Playing time and budget management remain the player's responsibility.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on rabetgame and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and further action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses, promotions, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to circumvent verification, age checks, or account security measures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.

rabetgame monitors account and transaction activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is identified, affected accounts will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including permanent closure and referral to relevant authorities where the law requires it.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

rabetgame reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — situations involving:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormant account policy.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — you may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after applicable verification) will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

• Losses caused by unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures on the player's device, network, or internet connection that affect gameplay or bet placement.
• Errors made by a player when entering bet details, deposit amounts, or personal information.

Where a platform error (such as an incorrect odds display or game malfunction) affects a bet outcome, rabetgame will investigate and apply a fair resolution. This may include voiding the relevant bet and returning the stake to the player's account balance.

11. Responsible Gaming

rabetgame takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help players manage their activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options available through your account settings or via support.
